“Life is like a box of chocolates…”
People say “Life is like a box of chocolates, because you never know what you’re going to get.”
But here’s my take on it.
Life is like a box of chocolates. You start off opening it up and being excited and eat quite a few chocolates really quickly. Then about halfway through, you realise how many you have left, so you slow down for a bit. Then you get to the last chocolate and feel that it should have lasted longer and that you should have savoured the ones you had before while you still had the chance.
